Meet Ash

Hi! My name is Ash Earls. I graduated from Western Oregon University with my BA in Early Childhood Education in 2019. I have since spent time teaching preschool-8th grade students and in special education programs. I am certified as aTraditional Health Worker to provide family-centered peer-delivered services.

My services are family-centered,  strength-based and trauma informed. I use a holistic approach to wellness that includes the ten areas of health: social, emotional, intellectual, nutritional, financial, environmental, physical, spiritual, dental, and occupational.

I advocate for families, parents, and youth to have equitable access to education and care. I have extensive knowledge of community services and systems such as: educational, including IEPs and 504 plans, medical, mental health, disability, addiction, and many other services.

I have a passion for learning and supporting youth and their parents or caregivers to have harmonious relationships and to develop skills that they can take into their every day lives.

I am a strong advocate for mental health supports and services with a special interest in accessibility and inclusion for all.

I want to see everyone supported through the challenges that raising or working with youth that have complex needs can bring. I am here to empower and collaborate to help parents and caregivers find success and to thrive.
